Xiangshui Social Security is an app developed under the leadership of the Hunan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. It was introduced to facilitate the payment of social security fees for all insured individuals in Hunan Province, in accordance with the requirements for tax authorities to uniformly collect various social insurance fees as put forward by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.

This app allows insured individuals in the entire province to make mobile payments for various types of insurance, and also provides convenient services such as insurance inquiries and consulting information.

In line with the requirements of the "State and Local Taxation Administration System Reform Plan," this platform actively implements policies for tax collection of various social security fees. Insured individuals can use this platform to pay fees for various types of insurance, as well as to inquire about insurance rights and benefits, payment statuses, orders, and policy information.
