The official Rakuten Card app, "Rakuten Card App," offers the following features:

• Ability to check your usage details anytime, anywhere
• Continuous access to information about campaigns and Rakuten Card Point Plus
• Convenient access to member services
• Easy confirmation of total points, notifications, and service registrations

Basic Features:

• Home: Check your billing amount, withdrawal account, and service usage status
• Usage Details: View your usage details and make payment adjustments
• Campaigns: Introduction and entry for Rakuten Card campaigns
• Point Plus: Introduction to Rakuten Card Point Plus
• Menu: Check available credit, access Rakuten Group financial services, and manage app settings

Other Recommended Features:

• Display Rakuten Pay with one tap
• "Visualize" monthly income and expenses with the budgeting feature
• Important notifications in the message box on the home screen

Please note:

• This app is available to all Rakuten Card members who are registered with the Rakuten e-NAVI online service exclusively for members.
• If you have set a second password in Rakuten e-NAVI, you will need to enter it when logging into the app.
• The usage date may differ from the actual date depending on the store where you used the card.
• Installment payments, bonus payments, and combined bonus payments cannot be saved for second and subsequent payments.
• If you forget the passcode for application lock, please delete the app and reinstall it.
• Deleting the app will also erase all budgeting details.
