"Fear Elevator" is a first-person, real-life simulation horror puzzle game where players experience a heart-pounding, unpredictable, and thought-provoking story. You take on the role of a white-collar worker riding the elevator home at midnight, facing a series of chilling and mysterious events that culminate in a touching and reflective narrative. Throughout the game, players must demonstrate not only excellent gaming skills but also precise judgment. By making the right choices after the elevator doors open, players gradually uncover the truth behind everything.

Plot Features

• "Fear Elevator" features two main plotlines, each with numerous intertwined subplots. In the primary storyline, players assume the role of a late-night commuter experiencing the eerie tale of the elevator's bizarre autonomous ascension after a dramatic plunge. While on this storyline, players encounter perplexing events on each floor they stop at, each carrying its own narrative. This seemingly main storyline is actually a dreamlike world experienced by players, serving as both reality since it leads the protagonist back home but also a dream, as an incorrect choice may trap players in a perpetual slumber. Players must make successive correct decisions to help the protagonist get home.

Strategy Sharing

• Every stoppage event in the elevator is meticulously crafted by the developers, offering players clues to make the right choices through scene setups, animations, and narrative details. Even if players make mistakes, each wrong choice triggers a small subplot Easter egg. Through these elements and the final outcome, players can deduce the overall storyline and understand all plot twists.

• The game's core design concept aims to faithfully recreate unique experiences from horror novels in a gaming format. By presenting these experiences through an immersive gameplay style, players can fully grasp elements that are exclusive to novels. As an avid enthusiast of horror literature with a vivid imagination, I designed this game to cater to those deeply engrossed in horror but lacking imaginative capacity. The interactive nature of games surpasses the level of suspense found in novels for many players. Thus, as a game developer, I sought to create an experience that offers triple-immersive audiovisual sensations for horror literature aficionados.
