〈Origin of Peng’s Qi Gong〉

Founder Peng Zhiming is a descendant of Peng Zu, the legendary sage from ancient China. He began practicing in 1970 under the guidance of his elder brother Peng Zhihong. It is believed that Peng’s Qi Gong originates from Peng Zu’s teachings.

Péng Zhiming, who once served as a foreign correspondent for three major international news agencies in Taiwan, possesses excellent English writing skills. During a seclusion period in 2009, he dedicated himself to simplifying this traditional martial art to enable more people to learn it. What previously required hours of daily practice has now been condensed into just 10-20 minutes per day, allowing practitioners to achieve legendary iron belt strength within six weeks.

He emphasizes that practicing Peng’s Qi Gong should be joyful and wise rather than arduous. It also helps strengthen mental resilience and focus, contributing positively to career success.

〈Great Breathing Technique〉

Most Western exercises focus only on physical activity of muscles and bones. In contrast, the “Great Breathing Technique” penetrates deeply into internal organs, blood vessels, and nerve endings through energy cultivation.
