“开球” offers a comprehensive analysis of the Apple Watch's sensors and heart rate monitor, enabling users to capture essential metrics related to badminton performance. This application provides insights into attack and defense dynamics, smash techniques, ball speed, calorie expenditure, and both forehand and backhand statistics, thereby facilitating a more nuanced improvement in badminton skills.

How to Use:
<ol>
 <li>Wear the Apple Watch on your racquet hand.</li>
 <li>Before starting your session, launch the “开球” app on the watch and select “Singles,” “Doubles,” or “Mixed Doubles.”</li>
 <li>After completing your session, simply tap “End” on the watch.</li>
</ol>

 <li>Duration of exercise</li>
 <li>Calorie expenditure</li>
 <li>Maximum racquet speed & current racquet speed</li>
 <li>Average heart rate & peak heart rate & lowest heart rate</li>
 <li>Number of smashes</li>
 <li>Number of swings</li>
 <li>Forehand count & Backhand count</li>
 <li>Attack proportion & Defense proportion</li>
</ul>

Data Security & Privacy:
Upon system authorization, we can connect directly to the “Fitness” app. Each badminton record will be securely saved in the official “Fitness” app. Additionally, if the backup option within the “开球” app is activated, all exercise data will be stored in our servers to ensure data security and privacy.
