This is the official smartphone application provided by Fukuoka Bank.

A new feature has been added: the one-time disposable password (one-time password) function, enhancing the security of your transactions with Fukugin Internet Banking.

■ One-Time Password
With the Fukuoka Bank app, you can generate a one-time disposable password (one-time password) that changes every 30 seconds. This allows you to easily use a high level of security on your smartphone or other devices for personal authentication during various transactions on Internet Banking.

To register for use:
1. Tap on "Register for One-Time Password Use"
2. Receive an automated voice call with the set-up password to the phone number registered with the bank
3. Enter the set-up password (5 digits) provided during the call
4. Once the "One-Time Password" button appears at the bottom center of the main screen, registration is complete
*Please note, setting up the one-time password requires prior configuration of easy login.

■ Easy Login
Utilize the device authentication function registered on your smartphone to log in with just one touch to Internet Banking.

To configure:
1. Tap on "Set up Easy Login"
2. Tap on "Easy Login"
3. Tap on "Register" under "Easy Login Settings"
4. Select and register login information (representative account information or member number)
5. Register login information for Internet Banking's representative account or member number along with login password
You can use "Easy Login" with features like fingerprint recognition/face recognition from the "Internet Banking" option on the home screen!
