The Health Education Package is a comprehensive program based on American Diabetes Association studies. It includes several monthly sessions where our health team reviews all aspects of lifestyle such as diet, exercise, mental health, and medications. We recommend continuing these sessions for a duration of 7 months to achieve optimal results. Subscription renewal is advised monthly if you wish to complete the program with us.

The Lifestyle Tips Package addresses unhealthy practices that often lead to fluctuating blood sugar levels related to food choices, physical activity, medications, and more. Through daily inputs from you, our health team gains a deeper understanding of the challenges you face. Upon subscription, our team will send you detailed guidance on identifying and resolving these incorrect practices using medically recommended methods.
