Legislation

• According to Ukraine's Road Rules (clause 2.1 g), a driver of a motor vehicle must have a valid internal electronic contract of the specified type of compulsory insurance in visual form of an insurance policy (on electronic or paper media). The details are confirmed by information contained in a single centralized database, managed by the Motor (transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine.
