Even if your child is just starting to learn how to read and is seeing letters for the first time. Because it's an exciting journey of heroes through a magical land, with adventures and a mission - to save it from an evil wizard. And only those who can read will be able to defeat him! The child will be interested in playing and experiencing this story. Along with the engaging plot, the app incorporates all the necessary material for learning to read. Starting from letters to reading phrases - everything is in CHITANIYA.

- read and solve 65 riddles.
- read 68 proverbs.
- play 35 games that develop various reading skills.
- go through 30 thematic screens of the Word Valley with different levels of difficulty.
- trace letters 330 times or more (printed and cursive versions).
If you have tried teaching your child to read before, then you know how challenging it can be. Children mix up letters and sounds. They can't read a word even though they know the letters, they struggle with reading a phrase, not understanding its meaning. Their interest fades. Learning requires practice. This is what your child will do in CHITANIYA. Each of the 35 mini-games automatizes the necessary skill, and the interesting plot encourages the child to return to CHITANIYA over and over again, playing at new, more challenging levels.
In CHITANIYA, there are 5 locations - letters, writing, syllables, and "reading automatization" - fluent reading of words and phrases. Information is presented in all possible ways of perception - visual, auditory, and game-based. The child memorizes what they see, developing attentiveness and observation skills. It enhances speech by developing phonemic hearing and syllable writing.
One of the difficulties children face when learning to read is blending letters into words. This is explained in the app through animation and gameplay.
CHITANIYA uses a syllable-based method for teaching reading (Zaitsev's cubes). Its peculiarity is that the child quickly starts to read by memorizing the structural units of words - syllables. Reading by syllables is practiced in CHITANIYA in the location "the city of Syllables."
After mastering letters and syllables, it's important for children to read as much as possible. Practice every day is crucial. In CHITANIYA, children are constantly reading, starting with simple words. The complexity gradually increases, but the child will read all 500 words distributed among themes and tasks. In addition to the mandatory material, over 3000 words are available for reading in the game.
CHITANIYA is a long-term game. Usually, a child's journey to reading proficiency and defeating the evil wizard takes from a month to a year. Each child has their own path and time. Don't rush things; instead, observe how they progress through the game. Celebrate their achievements!

Therefore, although the optimal age for playing is 4-6 years old, many tasks will be suitable even for a three-year-old who is just starting to learn to read and will interest a seven-year-old who needs to brush up on their reading skills before school.
