An excellent free app for customers of the Dom.ru provider. Manage your internet and digital TV services without making phone calls to the call center or visiting sales offices.

What you can do with the "My Dom.ru" app:

• LEARN ABOUT PERSONALIZED OFFERS: Take advantage of exclusive offers available only in the mobile app. Discover new bonuses from Dom.ru every month.
• MANAGE YOUR DOM.RU SERVICES: View the features of your plan, such as internet speed, number of TV channels, connected services, and their costs. If you are not satisfied with the current features, you can change your plan, add or remove additional services, or temporarily pause them during your vacation. The app allows you to manage speed bonuses, TV channels, TV subscriptions, and antivirus programs.
• MANAGE YOUR DOM.RU ROUTER: Reboot your router or turn off your Wi-Fi directly through the My Dom.ru app. Additionally, the app lets you view data about connected devices and change Wi-Fi network settings. You can manage these settings both through a Wi-Fi connection and via mobile internet.
• MANAGE YOUR CONTRACT: Sign in to the app using your contract number and password. You can also log in using your linked phone number or email address. If you have multiple contracts, you can add them all to the "My Dom.ru" app and switch between them without re-entering your login credentials.
• PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: Stay informed about what and when you paid with payment history. Pay for Dom.ru services using any convenient method. Link a bank card to your contract for easy payment. The app also allows you to pay through Quick Payment System or SberPay. Set up automatic balance replenishment so that services are always available without spending time on payment. If you need a service but can't currently top up your account, you can use the promised payment option.
