• If you do not receive the authentication code or encounter login errors, please check for the latest version update (refer to the "miniTalk Delay Resolution" below), delete the app data cache in the device settings, and then log in again.
• If the issue persists, our server might need to update your information for resolution.
• To address the problem, kindly send your device information (phone number) via email or contact customer support. We will assist you in updating your information and achieving normal login access.

miniTalk allows you to exchange messages anytime, anywhere, link with your child's miniPhone to track locations for added security in using a miniPhone messenger/location service. Download now and give it a try.

• Key Features:
• Engage in real-time 1:1 conversations.
• Share photos, videos, and voice messages swiftly and easily with friends.
• Try out location services by linking with your child's miniPhone to view their current location and location history.
• Register your child's schedule in location services to receive arrival alerts as per their schedule.
• Enable your child to make calls using NUGU phone feature settings.

Usage Guidelines:

• miniTalk is accessible to all carriers without restrictions.
• Overseas usage is not supported.

• Microphone: Used for voice recordings.
• Storage Access: Utilized for sending or saving files like photos/videos during conversations.

Optional Access Permissions:

• Contact List: Used to provide convenience in adding friends when registering friends.
• Phone: Enables call connection by tapping on friend numbers within miniTalk.
• Location: Utilized for current location tracking and other location-based services.

Note:

• The optional access permissions are not mandatory for using the app.
• If you choose not to agree to optional access permissions, some features may be limited.
• If not connected to Wi-Fi, data charges may apply; therefore, we recommend subscribing to a data-only plan.
• To ensure seamless service usage, please use a device supporting Android version 6.x and above (Service is available from Android version 4.x onwards).
