Troubleshooting Guide for System Errors

1. If the app installation or update fails:

• Check your data connection: If using unstable Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch to a stable Wi-Fi environment or use 3G/LTE. Then, try downloading again.
• In [Settings > Application > Google Play Store > Storage], delete data or clear cache and try again.

1. If you cannot connect to the app or if it forcefully closes:

• Long press on the KB Insurance app icon, go to ⓘ button > Storage > Clear cache/data, then try reconnecting. Please note that if you are using the step tracking service, you need to agree again.

1. If you need to import a digital certificate:

• Due to strengthening of Google's security policies, after registering the digital certificate on a PC or another mobile device, it can be used through "Import digital certificate." We provide various authentication methods in addition to digital certificates, so please refer to them.

• Life Care services provide step count and calorie consumption using step information, height, weight, activity, and energy data after obtaining customer consent for using Google Fit.
• For the prevention of electronic financial accidents, the service is not available on modified smart devices. If you use a public wireless network, it is vulnerable to security risks, so please use the service in a safe environment.
