If you're thinking about buying a house, think about Caixa.

If you've already used Caixa's Online Lottery or another Caixa app (except for Internet Banking), you can use the same login and password, with no need to register again.

Buying your own home is easier than you think!

With the Housing App, you can simulate your financing, create your proposal, register participant information and documents, and send the proposal to Caixa completely digitally. The app allows you to track credit analysis, documents, and property information. The service is available for both account holders and non-account holders who want to buy a new or used residential property.

If you already have a housing loan, you can:

• Check unpaid installments
• View installment details
• Issue payment slips and disable printed delivery
• Simulate self-amortization and early settlement
• Issue payment slips for contract settlement or amortization
• If you have already used your FGTS (government run Severance pay Fund) in the contract, you can make future requests through the app! Options for amortization, partial payment of installments, and early settlement have been made available
• Issue statements
• Change due date
• Add or change the account for direct debit
• Track information about your property under construction
