Transfers can be made from cards of credit organizations registered in Russia that support 3-D Secure technology, either to bank accounts or directly to cards issued by the International Bank of Azerbaijan (OJSC MBA), located at AZ1005 Baku, Nizami St., 67.

Transfers via the mobile application occur from bank card accounts in Russian Rubles. The available currencies for receiving transfers are Russian Rubles, US Dollars, Euros, and Azerbaijani Manats, with funds accessible for collection within 1 minute to 3 working days.

Transfer fees are as follows:

• If debiting in Rubles and receiving in Rubles—0.9% of the transfer amount.
• If debiting in Rubles and receiving in different currencies (US Dollars, Euros, or Azerbaijani Manats)—0% of the transfer amount.
• If the currency of debiting differs from that of receiving the transfer, conversion occurs at the MBA-Moscow Bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The minimum transfer amount ranges from 500 to 590,000 Rubles; from 10 to 20,000 US Dollars; or from 10 to 15,000 Euros.
