Residents of apartments equipped with the smart home system can conveniently monitor and control the status of devices within their units directly from their smartphones. The app allows users to review energy consumption, community announcements, information about missed visitors, and management fees, while also enabling security settings and status checks. Additionally, it provides notifications in case of missed visitors, emergencies, or package deliveries, thereby enhancing convenience and safety.

Usage Instructions:

First, access the website of your residential complex to register as a member and obtain approval from the management office.
Download and install the app, then select your residential complex.
Log in using the user ID and password set during your online registration.
Follow the app's instructions to complete the authentication between the wall pad and your smartphone, which will enable full app functionality.

Please note that the availability of smart app support for your residential complex should be confirmed with the management office.
