The SWON Customer Center application allows you to access security area security/release, apply for additional services, and view contract information and security/release history.

• View contract information at a glance: View security/release history, service usage, fee information, issuance status of the Secom card, etc., all at once.
• Real-time chat consultation: Solve any questions immediately through real-time chat consultation.

• Phone: Used for connecting to the customer service.
• Photos: Used for attaching images.
• Camera: Used for attaching images taken through the camera.

※ SWON requests minimal access permissions to ensure smooth app usage for users.

※ For smartphones using Android OS version 6.0 or below, all permissions may be applied as essential access permissions without optional access permissions.

In this case, you need to upgrade your operating system to 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app for proper access permission settings.

※ For those using the existing installed app, you need to delete and reinstall the app to set access permissions correctly.
