The Challenge Administration Team
The Challenge is operated by the insurtech company 'Zikto'. Founded in May 2014, Zikto initially launched the healthcare wearable product 'Zikto Walk' and was recognized in 2017 as one of Forbes' "Top 10 Korean Startups to Watch". The company has since expanded into developing health-promoting financial products leveraging activity data, and in 2018, focused on streamlining processes through blockchain technology integration within the insurance industry. Currently, Zikto collaborates with traditional insurance providers to adopt blockchain solutions and launched a digital insurance platform (https://zikto.com/) in 2019.
The Customer Support Center for The Challenge operates weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
