[Resolved Issue] Notice Regarding Android 10 and Later Devices

We appreciate your continued use of our service. Issues have been identified on devices running Android 10 and later versions, preventing updates to Android 10 and later devices. However, we have completed addressing this issue now.

■Issues on Android 10 and Later Devices (including standard devices and updated versions):

- Inability to download ringtone content
- Inability to play content downloaded on Android 9 or earlier versions (including set ringtones and alarms)

To play content downloaded on Android 9 or earlier on devices running Android 10 or later, you must have "Play Key" newly implemented by Ringtone Setting App version 1.8.17. (The "Play Key" is available only on Android 9). If you cannot obtain the "Play Key" or have lost it, you won't be able to play content downloaded on Android 9 or earlier on Android 10 or later devices. We kindly ask you to obtain the content again from respective services.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in addressing this issue.

■Loading mp4 Content

The issue where mp4 files downloaded from the 'mysound' site operated by Yamaha Music Entertainment Holdings were not displaying in the music list on devices running Android 10 or later has been resolved.

However, renaming or changing the storage location of mp4 files downloaded from 'mysound' site on devices running Android 9 or earlier may still cause them not to display in the music list on devices running Android 10 or later. If this occurs, storing these mp4 files in the following location will make them appear in the music list:

*About au E-mail:
"E-mail" for setting up calls on au devices is only available within "E-mail" app distributed through au Smart Pass (au Market).
