This APP is developed based on the "New Comprehensive Japanese" course and comprises six volumes covering various proficiency levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The application encompasses four key components: readings, vocabulary, grammar, and listening exercises. All textual materials, vocabulary (with both Chinese and Japanese pronunciations), and listening content come with audio support. Users can conveniently download the app to their smartphones or tablets for a streamlined learning experience that enhances listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The app features a robust repetition function that allows users to repeat specific words, sentences, or entire passages multiple times, reinforcing memory through repetitive practice. Additionally, users can set background playback for ease of use while on the move.

Voice Repetition Module:

• The app includes a powerful repetition feature in both the text and vocabulary sections, allowing playback by simply clicking.
• Users can adjust the repetition frequency of a specific word or sentence (up to 99 times) using the word/sentence button.
• In conjunction with the above function, users can adjust the entire passage's repetition frequency (up to 99 times) through the passage button. This allows for a maximum of 9801 repetitions (99x99) for any single phrase or word when both features are utilized simultaneously.
• The speed button enables users to adjust pronunciation speed (ranging from 0.5 to 2.0) to find a comfortable listening pace, gradually enhancing their auditory skills.
• The wait button provides control over intervals between audio segments for dictation and guided reading exercises. It supports both time-based and length-based settings.
• The range button facilitates setting up continuous readings across multiple lessons (e.g., repeating lessons 3-16 seamlessly).
• With background playback enabled in settings (default), users can enjoy audio playback while multitasking and utilize headphone controls for managing playback (double-click to switch lessons).
• The buttons [▶]/[■] control starting and stopping the repetition feature.

Vocabulary Section:

• Display toggle: Users can switch the display of languages as needed via the toolbar's language button.
• Favorites module: Users can bookmark words using the star button next to each entry and filter displayed favorites via the top star button.
• Numbering display: A button allows temporary toggling of sequential numbering for words.
• Column display: Options exist for changing how words appear on-screen (vertical/horizontal).
• Random display: Users can alter the order in which words appear on-screen (supports repetition).
• Word filtering: Adjust which words are displayed based on selected criteria through filtering options.
• Practice module: Accessed through a top-button, this feature includes five practice types, such as “Chinese->Japanese,” “Japanese->Chinese,” “Japanese->Audio,” “Listening-Speaking Comparison,” and “Spelling.”

Grammar Explanations:

• The app consolidates grammar points and corresponding examples from course materials.

Additional Features:

• Swipe left/right to navigate between lessons.
• Settings allow users to enable background playback by default and adjust audio speed settings.
• A timer can be set for automatic shutdown during background playback.
• A dedicated button is available in the grammar section for displaying all grammar points at once.

This app is designed for both iPhone and iPad users; a single purchase grants access across both devices.
