The Suzhou Health Commission's official service platform provides health and family planning information services to residents. The platform offers a range of services, including but not limited to: integrating registration resources from multiple medical institutions in Suzhou, enabling unified online appointment scheduling; linking with these institutions' HIS systems for online payment and in-clinic settlement services; interfacing with medical institutions' CIS for patient examination report delivery services; integrating with other information systems of medical institutions to enable residents to browse personal health records; and connecting with telecommunications operators to provide SMS services.

In the future, by expanding the core business of the basic platform, doctors will be able to collaborate, consult, refer, teach, and access mobile medical assistants across institutions via mobile apps, WeChat, websites, and other online platforms. This will facilitate efficient communication and clinical collaboration among doctors and enable online interactions with patients for guidance and care before, during, and after diagnosis, providing a complete patient care loop both within and outside hospital premises.
