The "FSSP - Debts Check" application is your pocket assistant for checking and paying off FSSP debts.

You can access the database of enforcement proceedings in several cases, the most common being:

• Tax debts (Federal Tax Service)
• Credit debts
• Alimony debts
• Other reasons

What are the consequences?

For example, travel restrictions. You won't be able to go on vacation if you are listed in the bailiffs' database. So, if you are planning a trip, check yourself and your loved ones using our application.

With the app, you have access to:

• Checking for debts with the bailiffs in the official "Database of Enforcement Proceedings of the FSSP of Russia" without registration
• Quick payment of FSSP debts
• Notifications of new debts
• Storage and accessibility of all transaction history - receipts and confirmations right in the app
• Customer support for questions regarding FSSP debt check and payment

How to check debts:

1. Enter your full name
2. Provide your date of birth
3. Select your region from the list
4. Click "Check"

To repay a debt, you don't need to go anywhere or stand in queues. All payments can be made remotely using your mobile phone and any bank card without registration.

After completing a debt payment transaction, you will instantly receive a payment confirmation document. All transaction history with payment documents will be stored in your mobile phone app, which is very convenient.

All information regarding payments made in our app is transmitted to the State Information System on Government and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP). This minimizes the time it takes for payment recipients to receive payment information, in compliance with the legislation on the provision of government services (Federal Law No. 210-FZ "On the Organization and Provision of Government and Municipal Services").

When making payments through our app, you can be confident in the security of your transactions. Card data processing follows the internationally recognized Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), developed by Visa and MasterCard, ensuring secure handling of bank card details.

The "FSSP - Debts Check" service is implemented by LLC "Simple Payments" in partnership with the NGO "MONETA" and JSC "MTS-Bank", and does not represent a government structure or interests.

Receive immediate information about new debts:

After checking for FSSP debts in the app, the data for the check is saved in the "Debt Check" tab, under the section "Previously Checked". In the future, you won't have to re-enter personal information, and you will receive notifications when new debts appear in the "Database of Enforcement Proceedings" for all individuals and legal entities previously checked. If you don't need notifications, you can easily disable them.
