Review of "КАЛЕНДАРЬ" App

The "КАЛЕНДАРЬ" app offers a convenient calendar with month/year views. Each day includes a list of commemorated holidays, saints, and icons, with the option to view detailed information about them.

In the "Prayers and Readings" section, you will find liturgical instructions (included in the full version of the app) and daily Gospel readings (navigate through readings using the arrows in the upper panel).

Another useful feature is the ability to determine name days and heavenly patrons for people on your contact list. To utilize this feature, you need to enter each person's birthdate and grant the app access to your contacts.

BIBLE

The app includes all the books of the Bible in the Synodal translation. You can enlarge the font size using the "aA" icon in the upper right corner. Use the arrows in the upper panel to navigate between chapters within a chosen book.

PRAYER BOOK

The app provides a collection of frequently used prayers such as morning prayers, evening prayers, communion prayers, and prayers for various life situations. You can enlarge the font size using the "aA" icon in the upper right corner. You can choose between horizontal page-by-page reading or vertical scrolling mode (switchable in the font settings menu "aA"). If any of your desired prayers are missing, please let us know by leaving feedback.

TREBY

In the "Treby" menu, you have the opportunity to order memorial services in well-known monasteries and churches. Order placement is done through the zapiski.elitsy.ru service.

OTHER USEFUL FEATURES

The "Search" menu allows you to search for saints, icons, and specific prayers. In the "Notification Settings" menu, you can customize notifications for holidays, fasting periods, and name days. You can also add a widget with brief daily information to your widget screen.

Most of the app's features do not require an internet connection (except for ordering treby).

The Bible, prayer book, and liturgical instructions are included in the full version of the app and are paid features. The full version of the app is available through purchase or subscription.
