Based on municipal settings, users have access to the following modules:

• Problem Reporting: Users can report issues by selecting from a list of available problem types, determined by the city's administration. Reports are automatically directed to the relevant organization. Users can track the progress of their report and monitor status changes. A chat feature is available for communication between residents and dispatchers from the responsible organization to address any clarifications. Upon completion of work, users can assess service quality or reject resolutions if they are not satisfied with the outcome.
• Outages and Maintenance Notifications: Stay informed about outages affecting electricity, heating, and water supply. The application consistently provides up-to-date information about ongoing maintenance across the city. Users can subscribe to notifications for specific addresses and receive alerts regarding outages affecting their homes.
• Voting and Social Surveys: The "My Home" project facilitates voting on pressing issues including transportation, education, housing services, and urban development. The formulation and conduct of these votes are managed by city or regional administrations, ensuring that the topics addressed are vital for enhancing and developing one’s community.
• City Notifications: Receive alerts about significant city events such as road repairs, alternative routes, schedules for city celebrations, weather warnings from emergency services, and much more.
• City Authority Plans: Discover current projects underway in your city and stay informed about municipal plans for the upcoming years. Information regarding the construction, reconstruction, and repair of urban infrastructure is consolidated in one location. Users can access details about cost estimates, contractors, and project status updates.
