Review of the GET LKK 2.0 Application

Gazprom Energosbyt Tyumen has introduced an updated version of its mobile application, GET LKK 2.0. This latest iteration retains its core functionalities while optimizing performance, enhancing features, and providing a cohesive interface between the application and the client’s personal account.

The application acts as a client office for individuals, allowing users to monitor the balance of their accounts with Gazprom Energosbyt Tyumen, submit meter readings, access invoices, pay utility bills without additional fees, and file requests.

Ease of Registration

Registration requires the account number from Gazprom Energosbyt Tyumen and the owner’s last name. Users can set their own login credentials on the "Profile" page and are required to provide and verify their contact information, including email and phone number.

Intuitive Usability

The application is user-friendly, featuring:

1. A home page that displays information regarding the address object, applicable tariffs, outstanding balances, and available documents.
2. A "Readings" page, where users can select the appropriate meter to record readings, submit them (readings can be submitted from the 1st to the 25th of each month), and review resource consumption graphs for selected periods under "Reading History." The "Preliminary Calculation" section allows users to estimate payment amounts before a payment document is issued.
3. The "Charges" section provides historical data on charges and payment documents (invoices) for any billing period within the last three years.
4. The "Payment" page directs users to select service/resource providers, specify amounts, and choose payment methods.
5. An option for setting up autopayments is available on the "Payment" page, with choices for deduction methods and maximum deduction amounts. The "History" section shows all previously completed payments.
6. To submit applications, users can select topics and reasons in the "Applications" section and fill out the provided form.
7. The "My Accounts" feature in the "Profile" section allows for consolidated information on all accounts in one place by entering the account number and owner's last name; switching between accounts is facilitated by a dropdown list at the top of the application.
8. Subscription options for receiving electronic payment documents are accessible in the "Profile" under "Subscriptions."
9. The "Notifications" section provides reminders about upcoming payments and meter readings submissions.
