Make sure the Exam Duty Tracking app is not in sleep mode. Adding the Exam Duty Tracking app to "Unmonitored Apps" in the same section can solve notification issues.

If you have any apps like "Smart Manager" that optimize battery usage on your phone, they might automatically block notifications from apps you haven't opened in 3 days. To ensure you don’t miss exam duty applications, you need to disable optimization for the Exam Duty Tracking app.

The steps for Smart Manager are as follows:
Open Smart Manager and click on the "Battery" tab.
Click on the "Details" button.
In the list that appears, click on the "Exam Duty Tracking" app and select "Turn off optimization".
