In this version, we focus on improving the ease of navigating through the services associated with your insurance policies. We are getting closer to you and providing a personalized and higher quality service. You will find a new space to see all your services at a glance, allowing you to report a claim or check your medical authorizations whenever you want, at your own pace. All your key information gathered on one screen.

• Updated information on your claims - track the progress of your claims.
• "+ for you" - exclusive benefits for AXA customers.
• Personalized services based on your policies - you will only see services that are useful to you.
• In-app notifications for your auto claims.

We understand that sometimes you need to know about your insurance policy. That's why we have a dedicated space just for your policies, where you can find more information about your auto, home, health, life, and savings policies. You can download relevant documents, something that was not possible before. No matter how many policies you have, or if you only have one, you will be able to view all your important information. Here, you can also find the services associated with your policy, just in case.

• If you have auto, motorcycle, or home policies, you can report and check the status of your claims online. You will also have access to personalized documentation related to your policy.
• AXA Quality Workshops - providing the best services for repairing your vehicle near you, wherever you need it.
• Emergency assistance services - we stay connected with you even when you're not. Now, even more digital.
• Health insurance policyholders can request authorizations for medical tests, check the medical and dental directory, submit and check refunds, and use their health card through the app. These services are also available for your minor children covered under the policy. We have updated our telemedicine services, now you can schedule a video consultation, have a medical chat, and use our symptom evaluator, Oskar. Your health in your hands.
• For life and savings policyholders, you can view your financial situation and have a more visual control over your investments.
