Hope Learning Competence is a knowledge platform dedicated to enhancing the skills of children aged 3 to 12. Its main offerings focus on developing reading expression and new thinking skills, aiming to ignite interest and foster abilities in young learners.

Reading Expression
The Reading Expression program promotes a love for reading and effective communication among children. Grounded in the principles of children's verbal development, it encompasses four core modules: Chinese culture, children's literature, practical expression, and creative expression. Hope Learning Competence has created a unique eight-level capability development system designed to encourage children to express themselves confidently, joyfully, clearly, and with individuality.

New Thinking
The New Thinking program focuses on nurturing children who are adaptable to the demands of the modern era, characterized by a love for learning, critical thinking, and practical application. With an understanding of the various stages of cognitive sensitivity in childhood, it features five core modules: numbers and operations, shapes and space, logic and reasoning, real-life application, and hands-on creative activities. The program includes an innovative nine-level capability development system aimed at cultivating children's logical reasoning, abstract thinking, spatial awareness, and innovative thought processes.
