Introducing the "Pushkin Card" - a free card with a balance of 5000 ₽ that grants you access to cinemas, museums, theaters, and concert halls courtesy of the government. This card is available for young individuals aged 14 to 22.

Get access to the Culture Government Services
Sign up or log in with a verified account on the Government Services portal. To obtain the "Pushkin Card," give your consent through the mobile application. You will receive a notification when the card is ready. The issuance and maintenance of the card are free of charge. Check out the event schedule if you do not meet the requirements of the "Pushkin Card" program.

Card limit: 5000 ₽
For the events under the "Pushkin Program," you can spend up to 5000 ₽, with up to 2000 ₽ being allocated for cinema tickets.

You cannot withdraw cash or manually top up the card.

Cinema Tickets
You can use the "Pushkin Card" to pay for tickets to Russian films supported by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Cinema Fund, and regional authorities in the field of culture. Purchase tickets for domestic films from the "golden collection" as well.

Quick search for venues and detailed information
Locate cinemas, museums, theaters, and cultural centers on the map or in the list and access information about each place, including description, address, opening hours, photos, event schedules, and ticket prices.

Purchasing tickets
To make a purchase, simply click "View Prices" and enter your "Pushkin Card" details on the seller's website. You can easily copy the required details from the application. Your ticket will be sent to your email.
