The "Smart HEMS Service" is a comprehensive control solution that allows users to manage devices connected to Panasonic's AiSEG, AiSEG2, and AiSEG3 systems both indoors and outdoors. When combined with the Smart Cosmo platform, this service utilizes acquired electricity data to deliver tailored household services via a dedicated smartphone application.

This application aims to enhance everyday living by supporting household chores and family monitoring with increased convenience. Additionally, it provides push notifications to alert users about excessive electricity consumption, thereby fostering greater energy-saving awareness.

Important Notes:

• Usage of this app requires registration with our server service (free of charge) and login using a CLUB Panasonic ID registered with Panasonic's "CLUB Panasonic" platform.
• Packet communication fees for server interactions are borne by the user.
• The app is compatible with Android OS versions 9.0 through 15 (as of March 2025).
• This application is designed specifically for smartphones. While it may be downloadable and usable on Android tablets, issues such as text misalignment or screen cut-off may occur depending on the device. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed for all devices.
• Full functionality requires a Smart HEMS system consisting of AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 along with either Smart Cosmo or measurement units.
• Compatible AiSEG models include AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702), AiSEG2 (MKN713, MKN704, MKN705, MKN716), and AiSEG3 (MKN7140, MKN7141, MKN706). Software version requirements are: AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) must be version 1.12 or later. For earlier versions, firmware updates via internet connection are necessary.
• The application displays household electricity consumption, solar power generation, and Ene-Farm output; however, it does not support the net metering mode where all solar power is purchased back.
• The electricity data presented in the app consists of 30-minute interval values uploaded to the server via internet from AiSEG systems.
• Electricity usage and cost estimates shown are approximate and may differ from the actual billing amounts provided by utility companies.
• The app utilizes GPS features for location-based services.
