LEBER serves as a medical consultation app that connects you with medical facilities. It provides round-the-clock service, even on weekends and late nights, with the possibility of receiving advice from a physician in as little as 3 minutes.

Key features of LEBER include answering simple inquiries to communicate your concerns to a physician and receiving consultation outcomes from the matched physician. The app introduces appropriate responses and medical facilities based on symptoms, offers suggestions for home care or over-the-counter medications, facilitates the search for nearby medical facilities and pharmacies through maps with navigation capabilities, and provides a ranking system for physicians based on user reviews and favorite functions. Additionally, it includes features such as searching for nearby medical facilities, daily health recording functions like temperature checks, and the ability to manage family members' health records through family user registration.

Some notable features of LEBER are its chatbot function that allows easy consultation with physicians, its 24/7 availability for consultations, the largest network of doctors in Japan with over 200 physicians on board, quick advice within 3 minutes from a physician, guidance on local medical facilities and pharmacies based on symptoms, and the current offer of a 30-day free consultation.

Regarding fees, the app can be downloaded for free, but consultation fees vary depending on the type of consultation: regular consultations range from 300pt to 1,000pt, while designated consultations include a designated fee set by the physician plus an additional 200pt service charge.

LEBER is operated by LEBER Corporation. Premium membership options include Monthly Premium at ¥350/month and Super Premium at ¥550/month.

Note that payments for premium services are processed through your Apple ID account. Failure to cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current service period ends will result in automatic renewal. To cancel premium membership, use your iTunes account settings; cancellation through the app is not available and will switch you back to the starter plan automatically.
