May 19, 2008 - To meet with the wishes of many of our users, UpdateStar is going to be made available in additional languages. Up until now, UpdateStar supported English and German. Thanks to the support of our users, additional language versions will be available to you in the future.

The latest language versions available are Ukranian (Українська) and Dutch (Nederlands). You can always find all the available language files for UpdateStar on our localization webpages.

Create your own language version

If you want to use UpdateStar in another language, it's very easy to create a new language file and translate it. The newly released version 2.1 is already prepared for the integration of additional language localizations. Interested users can use the tutorial on our website explaining how they can create their very own language version of UpdateStar in only three steps.

If you've already translated UpdateStar into another language and would like to make this language version available to other users, simply send your language file to localization@updatestar.com. We will be happy to integrate your language version in a future release for the benefit of all users.

The UpdateStar Team is curious if and when a tlhIngan Hol language version for UpdateStar reaches us from outer space?!
